Nancy is the Managing Director of My Trading Partner Company, Ltd, headquarter in Taipei, Taiwan. The company provides and ships products from selective regions of southeast Asia, primarily Taiwan and nearby countries that have similar cultural values and beliefs.
She is also the founder and CEO of a professional coaching company. She graduated from the Coaching Training Institute (CTI) of California. Nancy currently has a wide range of clients who are engaged in various personal, leadership, and career growth development.
Recently, Nancy has published her first book titled “One Thousand Layers of Water and Clouds”, a memoir. She is currently working on her second book “A Chinese New Year Culinary Journey: a Cook Book”.
Prior to transition to her current positions, Nancy served for more than 40 years as a senior executive leader with experiences primarily in the aerospace industry both in private companies and government agencies. Her career has centered on technical management as program manager, engineering director, and various levels of business leader assignments. Nancy’s areas of responsibilities ranged from people management of nearly 700 employees, a multi-million dollar portfolio, building multi-discipline organizations, design and development of systems and products, organizational operations, and strategy and business development. Throughout her role as the leader of large organizations, Nancy mentored and coached many employees. She is known as the people’s leader and is well respected for her business value generation and human relationship building.
As a community activist and passionate volunteer, Nancy is a member of various community boards to include past President of the Board for a large liberal religious congregation in New York. She is a past board member of Planned Parenthood of Nassau County on Long Island; a board member of the Baxter Pond Foundation; past Home School Association president for the middle school in the Port Washington School District, and led various school district parent association activities. Nancy is known for her fund-raising ability and community building skills. She also mentors and coaches young adults and professionals in various business environments across the country. While in Taiwan, she is a member of the Rotary Club of Taipei, and a charter and board member of LIOFII (a foundation for social change).
Nancy earned BA degrees in International Relations and Oriental Languages, and a Master Degree in Social Work that focused on Organizational Development and clinical services. Nancy also was awarded a graduate certificate for Business Administration and participated in various leadership development programs. Nancy is a lifetime member of the California Scholarship Foundation and received various professional and Women in Leadership awards. She has two grown children and lives on Long Island with her husband.
